Returns & Exchange

You may choose to exchange your product, in good and unworn condition, within 7 days for Singapore orders, and within 14 days for international orders. We only allow the exchange of items if they are defective, sent wrongly or sent in the wrong size. However, items that are on Sale may not be exchanged.

To exchange, please contact us at help@depression.com.sg, explaining the reason for exchange. Once we have approved your request, you can send the item to the address we provide. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

In the event of goods being damaged during delivery, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving it. Replacements will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. We have a strictly no return and no refund policy on all items purchased.
