SHIPPING:
Local
Delivery is free in Singapore and Malaysia. Orders will be sent using local delivery services. A tracking number will be sent to the email that you have provided. Delivery should take 2-3 days.
International
Worldwide shipping is free when you spend above $500. International shipping cost is calculated by product weight and shipping address. A tracking number will be sent to the email that you have provided when placing the order. Please allow 3-7 working days upon receiving tracking details for global deliveries. The shipping price to your destination will be calculated when you check out your cart.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
The recipient will be responsible for the payments of all custom fees, taxes and duties, which will be due at the time you receive your parcel. Please take note that we will not be responsible for costs incurred because of undelivered parcels. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
You may choose to exchange your product, in good and unworn condition, within 7 days. We only allow the exchange of items if they are defective or sent in the wrong size. Discounted items may not be exchanged.
To exchange, please contact us at help@depression.com.sg, explaining the reason for exchange. Once we have approved your request, you can send the item to the address we provide. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
In the event of goods being damaged during delivery, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving it. Replacements will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. We have a strictly no return and no refund policy on all items purchased.
