Where is the online store based?
We are currently based in Singapore and all items are shipped from Singapore.
What are the payment modes available?
We accept payment by Paypal. Credit and debit card payments are available via Paypal.

Which size should I buy?
Our clothing sizes and cutting vary for each design. We provide measurements of each design for reference and strongly encourage all customers to check the measurements of each item and choose accordingly. You may check the international size conversion chart for shoes here.
I hold a membership card from Sects Shop & Depression stores in Singapore. Can I use my member discount online?
Member discounts are only applicable for offline use at the physical stores.
My item arrived defective. Can I exchange it or get a refund?
We do our best to ensure all items sent out are in their best condition. However, we can do an exchange for your defective item of the same design. Just drop us an email at help@depression.com.sg and we will help you with it. We have a strictly no return and no refund policy.
I received the wrong item. Can I get an exchange for the correct size?
We do our best to ensure all items sent are as ordered. If your item was sent wrongly, we are glad to do an exchange for you. Please contact us via email and we will make the proper arrangements.
